Evans Farm IPA
American IPA - 6% ABV
An approachable IPA for all beer drinkers. Hopped heavily in the whirlpool and dry hop, this beer has a soft mouthfeel and a slight bitterness to balance out the strong citrus and floral aroma that comes from the Citra, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops.
The Postulate
Double IPA - 8.7% ABV
Taste this hop bomb of flavors that will surprise you with how easy it is to drink! With a large dry hopping of Cryo Citra, Cryo Simcoe, Citra, Simcoe, and Amarillo hops, this double IPA drinks like a bouquet of hops off the nose and finishes smooth.
Black Mamba
Black Lager - 5.4% ABV
As dark in the glass as Abraham Lincoln's top hat, this black lager is clean and smooth to drink.
C is for Citra
SMaSH IPA- 6.5% ABV
Part of our SMaSH series, this beer highlights Simpson's Golden Promise pale malt and all of the variety of Citra hop products that money can buy. Citrus, grapefruit, and peach notes highlight the flavor profile.
Top Hat Black
Milk Stout - 5% ABV
A straightforward, easy drinking stout for those of us who want a dark beer but don't want to drink something at 12%. Lactose is added during the brew to add to the creaminess of this beer and to provide more body to this jet black beauty.
The British are Coming
English Mild Ale - 5.8% ABV
A tastebud invasion from our big brother across the pond! Wonderfully malty with British malts, just enough bitterness to balance out the natural sweetness of the malt, and a crisp, clean finish.
Wie Geht's
German Pilsner - 5.2% ABV
Meaning ‘What’s up?’ in German, this beer is a nod to the phrase many of us utter when we meet up for drinks at the local bar. A delicate German hop profile balanced with a traditional malt makes this beer a clean and straightforward drinking experience.
Citrasaurus
DDH Pale Ale - 6% ABV
Huge citrus flavors and a hint of berries from the hops, with a slightly darker color to give this beer more body than your standard pale ale.
Irregardless
Blonde Ale - 5.3% ABV
Our no frills blonde ale tastes delicious no matter the weather. Grab a pint and see what other flavors adjuncts we have to it, because 'Irregardless' what you add to the blonde ale, it'll taste delicious!
Señor Cerveza
Mexican Lager - 4.9% ABV
Beautifully clear golden color, and a beer that just tastes like beer. Wonderful with a slice of jalapeno or a wedge of a lime (ask your bartender for one!). Flaked yellow corn gives it that signature Mexican lager flavor and a small dry hop charge helps accentuate the lemon-lime aroma.
STANDARD
Light Lager - 4.9% ABV
Our take on a typical domestic lager. Hopefully you feel as at home with this beer as you did watching your grandad crush Milwaukee's Best back in the day. Oh, just me? Cool.
SMaSH: I is for Idaho 7
Pale Ale - 5.8% ABV
Another beer from our SMaSH series, again highlighting Golden Promise malt. We love the light, crisp flavor that malt provides to beer. Additionally, a heavy charge of Idaho 7 with an even bigger dry hop gives a crazy aroma with a great hop flavor.
Tropical Tart
Lachancea Tart - 5.5% ABV
Not quite a sour, but close! Our standard tart base is heavily fruited with Orange, Pineapple, and Guava to give a tropical taste that isn't too strong, but will leave your mouth feeling fruity.

Spooky SZN
Spiced Pumpkin Ale - 5.5% ABV
Think about your favorite pumpkin pie while getting the incredible spiced aroma off of Spooky SZN. Combined with pounds of pumpkin puree and a brown sugar addition, this beer has all of flavors of a pumpkin pie propped up by a delicious amber ale full of Maris Otter and Munich malts.
Oktoberfest
Marzan - 5.8% ABV
Prost! Celebrate the greatest beer party on earth by drinking a traditional German Marzen style beer. Filled with German malts and hops, and cold lagered through the heat of the summer to be ready, Oktoberfest is a wonderfully dark malty beer that finishes crisp and feels like you could drink a dozen of them.
Irregardless - Honey
Honey Blonde Ale - 6.4% ABV
This golden-hued ale delights with the aroma of wildflower honey and gentle floral hops, while its smooth, balanced flavors of honey sweetness and toasted malts leave a refreshing finish.
Irish Wristwatch
Irish Stout - 5% ABV
The perfect beer to celebrate the Irish, and a nice dark malty body that isn't sweet and has a crisp finish.
